Опыт Сингапура: Создание Образовательной Системы Мирового Уровня

Abstract

Система образования Сингапура была создана практически с нуля и за последние 45 лет смогла достичь высокого уровня эффективности и мирового признания. Сингапурские школьники стабильно показывают лучшие результаты в международных тестах знаний. Сингапур обгоняет развитые страны по качеству функционирования образовательных институтов, его образовательная инфраструктура компактна и отлично интегрирована в структуру экономики. В статье, написанной по итогам рабочего визита делегации руководителей образования Республики Татарстан в Сингапур, представлены основные этапы развития образовательной системы в этой стране. Особый акцент сделан на особенностях администрирования и управления образованием.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2010-4-227-246
