Использование Информационных И Коммуникационных Технологий В Образовании. Статистический Обзор

Abstract

В статье приводится статистическая характеристика технической инфраструктуры общеобразовательных учреждений и учреждений профессионального образования (оснащение современной компьютерной техникой, использование Интернета и параметры доступа в него), а также оценка уровня применения ИКТ преподавателями за 2006/2007-2009/2010 учебные годы по Российской Федерации и ее субъектам. Отдельные показатели даны по России в сравнении со странами Европейского союза. В качестве источников информации использованы данные федеральных наблюдений Росстата по статистике образования, методические и аналитические разработки Института статистических исследований и экономики знаний Государственного университета - Высшей школы экономики и материалы Мониторинга экономики образования, проводимого ГУ-ВШЭ по заказу Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации.
