Качество Преподавания Как Неотъемлемая Часть Культуры Качества В Вузе

Abstract

Рассматриваются предпосылки и методологические основы формирования понятия "культура качества" и обосновывается необходимость более последовательного и системного включения в это понятие аспектов деятельности вузов, связанных с поддержкой качественной и эффективной педагогической деятельности. Представлены цели, методология и основные результаты первого этапа проекта "Поддержка качества преподавания в высшем образовании", реализуемого программой ОЭСР "Институциональное управление в высшем образовании". На примере вузов - участников проекта рассмотрены приоритетные направления обеспечения качества преподавания, причины разработки различных инициатив по обеспечению качества преподавания, их участники и механизм реализации. Представлены результаты участия ГУ-ВШЭ в первом этапе данного проекта.
