Россия В Болонском Процессе

Abstract

Анализируется реализация основных направлений Болонского процесса в Российской Федерации. Оценивается соответствие выставленных Наблюдательной группой баллов по итогам представления Россией национальных докладов в 2007 и 2009 г. степени достижения целевых индикаторов по соответствующим направлениям Федеральной целевой программы развития образования на 2006-2010 гг. Представлены данные, позволяющие проследить динамику участия российских вузов в Болонском процессе, рассматриваются меры, принимаемые другими странами- участницами для реализации положений Болонской декларации и последующих коммюнике. Предпринята попытка по каждому направлению выявить ключевые проблемы, препятствующие внедрению в России инструментов Болонского процесса.
