Стандарты И Реальность: Можно Ли В Российских Вузах Учиться По Правилам?

Abstract

Учебные планы и программы являются основными документами, регламентирующими "правильный" ход учебного процесса, они предполагают, что определенный объем материала должен быть освоен в ограниченный период времени. Автор сопоставляет требования к преподавателям и студентам, которые предъявляют эти стандарты, с реальными условиями, в которых их приходится реализовывать. Сделан вывод о том, что программы, планы и стоящий за этими документами образовательный стандарт не отражают реальной ситуации в высшем образовании и поэтому не только не выполняют функцию рабочих инструментов, а напротив, формируют систему стимулов к нарушению правил.
