Образовательная Политика Сша В Странах Ближнего Востока: История И Современность

Abstract

Раскрываются достижения и провалы образовательной политики США в странах Ближнего Востока в течение двух исторических периодов: эпохи холодной войны и антитеррористической кампании, инициированной Соединенными Штатами в регионе в 2000?е годы. Основная цель образовательной политики - создание лояльных социально-профессиональных групп и формирование положительного имиджа США. Автор исследует американские реформы в системе образования и программы обучения представителей вооруженных сил в 1940-1980?е годы, которые оказались одной из причин всплеска антиамериканизма в регионе в 1990?е годы. Современные проекты - обучение политической элиты ближневосточных государств и лидеров продемократических партий, расширение доступа женского населения к образованию, осуществление ряда реформ в университетах и школах - также не способствовали достижению основной политической цели.
