Управление Конкурентоспособностью Вуза В Современных Социально-Экономических Условиях

Abstract

В последние два десятилетия российские вузы функционируют в новых социально-экономических условиях. Обострение конкурентной борьбы, вызванное стремительным ростом количества вузов, снижением численности потенциальных абитуриентов, быстро меняющимися факторами внешней и внутренней среды, изменением поведения потребителей образовательных услуг, требует от вузов использования новых инструментов повышения конкурентоспособности на рынке образовательных услуг. Систематизированы факторы, влияющие на конкурентоспособность вузов в современных рыночных условиях; исследованы ожидания потребителей образовательных услуг. Описана модель конкурентоспособности вуза с использованием методов маркетингового управления, а также метод оценки конкурентоспособности вуза.
