Школа Возможностей И Возможности Школы

Abstract

Принимая за аксиому, что условием появления самостоятельного, ответственного действия ученика является свобода, которую имеет школа, автор определяет в качестве объекта исследования Базисный учебный план школ Российской Федерации, а в качестве предмета - динамику его изменений, представленную в зеркале аналогичных процессов, происходящих в других странах. На основе сравнения учебных планов нескольких последних лет, а также федерального Государственного образовательного стандарта с одним из последних вариантов учебного плана советской школы - за 1988/89 учебный год - исследуется процесс изменения таких характеристик, как вариативный компонент, максимально допустимая нагрузка, количество часов, выделяемых на отдельные учебные курсы, и т.д. Далее проводится сравнение этих показателей с аналогичными характеристиками базисных учебных планов развитых стран. В результате делается вывод о том, что российское образование, несмотря на все красивые слова, написанные в концепциях и программах, только имитирует преобразования, год от года все больше отставая от развитых стран.
