Может Ли Школа Влиять На Уровень Читательской Грамотности Младших Школьников? По Материалам Анализа Результатов Pirls-2006

Abstract

Среди факторов, обусловивших высокие результаты российских школьников в международных сопоставительных исследованиях качества образования PIRLS и PISA, значительная роль отводится условиям, не связанным со школой (социальному контексту, в котором находится школа; семейному образовательному потенциалу и т.п.). Возникает закономерный вопрос: в чем состоит (или может состоять) вклад школы в достижения школьников? И если успех России в PIRLS связывают в большей степени с домашней политикой в области чтения, говорит ли это о том, что стратегии, применяемые учителями при обучении чтению младших школьников, не сказываются на их читательских умениях? Представленное в статье исследование направлено на изучение вклада школы в развитие грамотности чтения у младших школьников. Полученные результаты дают основания для выводов, которые авторами рассматриваются как гипотезы.
