Социокультурные Основания Развития Системы Образования. Метод Социокультурной Ситуации

Abstract

Раскрывается метод анализа социокультурных ситуаций (СКС), который используется при разработке стратегий и моделей развития школьного образования в районах и населенных пунктах. Выявлены четыре классических типа СКС: "школа в культурном центре", "школа в бывшем очаге культуры", "школа в потенциальном очаге культуры", "школа в культурной пустыне". Описан ряд промежуточных, сложных, комплексных СКС: "социокультурный разлом", ситуация "неопознанного педагогического объекта", "сельская школа - центр социально-экономических инициатив" и др. Разным типам ситуаций соответствуют дифференцированные стратегии развития образования: традиционно школьные, связанные с изменением социокультурного фона, с возрождением локальных культурно-исторических традиций, стратегии общинного образования, инновационные, социально-образовательные. Приводится методика диагностики и анализа СКС школы, муниципальной системы образования. Описываются разные типы и виды развивающихся образовательных систем, представляющих культурное поле анализа и проектирования конкретной модели школьного образования в данной местности.
