Псевдоконкурс Как Механизм Трансформации Системы Отбора В Региональный Вуз В Условиях Демографического Спада

Abstract

На основе исследования статистических данных абитуриентов и интервью с ответственными за прием выявлено и проанализировано несоответствие между конкурсной ситуацией на этапе приема заявлений в Удмуртский университет и на этапе зачисления, получившее в статье название псевдоконкурса. Обсуждаются основные факторы, обусловившие возникновение этого явления: популярность высшего образования у населения, демографический спад, введение ЕГЭ, возможность для абитуриентов подавать заявления одновременно на несколько специальностей и др. В этих условиях региональному вузу необходимо выработать новую образовательную политику, основанную на усилении внимания к качеству обучения и инновационных формах взаимодействия со всеми социальными институтами современного общества.
