Обзор Основных Моделей Перехода "Школа - Вуз" В Западноевропейских Странах И Сша

Abstract

Основные модели перехода "школа - вуз" рассматриваются в контексте требований, предъявляемых вузами к абитуриентам. Четыре образовательные системы - американская, британская, скандинавская и европейская континентальная - отличаются степенью централизованности, селективности и доступности. В централизованной образовательной системе существуют единые для всей страны государственные стандарты, в то время как при наличии децентрализованной системы вузы имеют право самостоятельно определять политику в отношении приема абитуриентов и состава вступительных испытаний. Селективность высшего образования заключается в наборе вступительных испытаний и критериев, которые должны определить, кто может получать высшее образование. Доступность высшего образования зависит от его стоимости и соответственно от посильности для студентов оплаты обучения в вузе.
