Поддерживать Или Инвестировать? Образовательные Программы В Рамках Антикризисных Мер

Abstract

В период кризиса на рынке труда происходят серьезные структурные изменения. Их негативные последствия в разной степени коснутся всех категорий работников, в том числе и выпускников вузов, шансы которых на трудоустройство существенно снизятся. С угрозой продолжительной безработицы связаны риски социально-политического характера. Образовательные программы в кризисной ситуации имеют значение не только как инструмент антикризисного регулирования занятости, но и как инвестиция в качество будущего экономического роста. В статье рассматриваются такие программы, как целостные стратегии, рассчитанные на разные группы, профессиональные сферы и уровни квалификации. Одной из приоритетных задач становится обсуждение и детальная проработка условий конкурса для включения ведущих вузов страны в этот государственный проект.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2009-1-5-18
