Abstract

Данная публикация - сокращенный вариант главы из аналитического сопоставительного доклада, который издан в ноябре 2008 г. В нем на базе материалов, приведенных в ежегодных докладах "Education at a Glance" (ОЭСР) и "Education Counts" (ЮНЕСКО), а также некоторых других данных, публикуемых международными организациями, проводится сравнение образовательной системы России с национальными системами образования 47 стран мира. Сопоставляются масштабы образовательных систем, организация, условия функционирования и финансирования образовательного процесса. Предлагаемая читателю глава посвящена только одной группе показателей - характеризующих масштабы и структуру участия населения в образовании. В приложении даны таблицы с обсуждаемыми в тексте индикаторами по всем странам и сводными показателями по группам стран. Страны в таблицах приведены в порядке убывания ВВП.
