Традиции И Инновации В Культуре Горного Дагестана: Из Истории Советской Школы

Abstract

В течение многих десятилетий советская школа была не только и не столько инструментом образования, сколько способом формирования новой культурной общности. Арчинцы - малый народ (около 1200 человек), живущий в высокогорном селении Центрального Дагестана и до последнего времени сохранявший свою языковую и культурную изолированность. Интервью с арчинцами, записанные в ходе полевой работы в селении, показали, что советская школа, открытая в Арчибе в начале 1930-х годов, явилась одним из основных каналов влияния на традиционную культуру. Школа стала зоной присутствия в Арчибе "старшего брата", поскольку в течение продолжительного периода школьный коллектив состоял исключительно из представителей социально более успешных этносов. Отношение арчинцев к собственной идентичности и языку, положение женщины, традиционная одежда и религиозный уклад подверглись значительному воздействию со стороны школы. Однако же, отстав на пути к инновациям от соседних этносов на 30-40 лет, арчинцы сохранили этническое единство и язык и сегодня являют собой редкий пример успешного выживания малого народа.
