Определение Потребности В Магистрах По Техническим Специальностям

Abstract

В статье характеризуются основные подходы к формированию контрольных цифр приема в магистратуру и приводятся данные по первоначальному опыту подготовки магистров в России. Рассматриваются особенности подготовки магистров, включая определение их доли в общей численности студентов, в странах, имеющих значительный опыт организации двухуровневой системы образования. На основании данных о динамике численности научных работников (исследователей), лиц, занятых проектными и конструкторскими разработками, преподавателей технических вузов, а также об их возрастном составе сделан прогноз потребности в выпускниках магистратуры технических вузов на ближайшую перспективу. При этом определены основные требования, которые должны предъявляться к вузам, претендующим на открытие магистратуры. Приводятся результаты расчетов по экономическому обоснованию стоимости подготовки магистров в сравнении со специалистами.
