Стратегия Социокультурной Модернизации Образования: На Пути К Преодолению Кризиса Идентичности

Abstract

В настоящей работе предпринимается попытка обоснования стратегии социокультурной модернизации образования как института социализации, выполняющего ключевую роль в целенаправленном формировании ценностных ориентаций, норм, установок и стереотипов поведения населения России. Раскрывается роль образования в конструировании таких эффектов общественного развития, как социальная консолидация общества, гражданская идентичность представителей различных социальных групп и национальных культур страны, социальное доверие, успешная социализация подрастающих поколений, социальная стратификация населения России. Обсуждается необходимость учета эффектов социокультурной модернизации образования как фактора роста конкурентоспособности личности, общества и государства при дальнейшем проектировании программ долгосрочного социально-экономического развития России, в том числе федеральной программы развития образования.
