Российское Образование - 2020: Модель Образования Для Инновационной Экономики. Материал Для Обсуждения

Abstract

В данной публикации делается попытка предложить основу для общественного и профессионального обсуждения модели российского образования в долгосрочной перспективе - каким оно будет в 2020 г. Текст не претендует на окончательное описание этой модели - в нем излагаются лишь самые принципиальные соображения, которые могут, с одной стороны, стать предметом дискуссии и, с другой стороны, послужить ориентирами при разработке детального плана реализации новых идей. Задача, которую ставят перед собой авторы - предложить свое видение того, каким должно стать российское образование, чтобы соответствовать: инновационной модели развития российской экономики, являющейся стратегическим выбором России; социальным запросам населения России и задаче консолидации российского общества; требованиям глобальной конкуренции на рынках инноваций, труда и образования.
