Информационно-Аналитическая Система Рейтингования Регионов По Показателям Развития Образования: Методология И Результаты Эксперимента

Abstract

В первой части публикации представлены принципы формирования информационно-аналитической системы, обеспечивающей проведение сравнительного анализа региональных образовательных структур, включая описание основных задач, которые она позволяет решать. Достаточно подробно рассмотрены отдельные блоки системы: методологический, организационный, информационный, аналитический, презентационный и программный, каждый из которых выполняет свои специфические функции. Приведена структура системы интегральных и тематических рейтингов, а также комплекс специально разработанных индикаторов, которые используются в рейтинговых расчетах. Во второй части публикации будут продемонстрированы возможности использования рейтинговых оценок для анализа проблем развития образования на примере исследования различных аспектов функционирования системы дошкольного обучения в российских регионах.
