Университеты В России И В Америке: Различия Академических Конвенций

Abstract

Данная работа написана авторами по следам поездки по целому ряду ведущих университетов США, в ходе которой состоялись встречи с американскими коллегами - специалистами в области экономики и социологии образования. Обсуждались вопросы академической культуры и карьеры, специфика мотивации профессиональной деятельности университетской профессуры, варианты политики поддержки университетских исследований. Все эти темы нашли отражение в дискуссии о сравнительном устройстве наших систем образования. Особое внимание уделяется обсуждению специфики программ обучения в российских вузах (в контексте организации магистерских программ, заданности образовательных траекторий), влиянию кадровой закрытости высших учебных заведений на преподавательские и исследовательские стандарты, а также на механизмы и нормы академического управления.
