Корпоративное Образование: Новая Альтернатива Государственным Программам В Сфере Профессионального Образования

Abstract

Существующая за счет государства "традиционная" система профессионального образования и подготовки не успевает за реальными потребностями производства и рынка труда. Альтернатива - корпоративное образование - максимально учитывает требования работодателя и может быть легко приближена к местам расположения трудовых ресурсов. Что представляет собой сегодня российское корпоративное образование: каковы его особенности, перспективы, как складываются отношения с государственными учебными заведениями - эти и другие вопросы рассматриваются в настоящей статье.
