Доступность Качественного Общего Образования В России: Возможности И Ограничения

Abstract

Обеспечение доступности качественного общего образования является одним из приоритетных направлений образовательной политики Российской Федерации. В рамках проекта Министерства образования и науки РФ и Всемирного банка "Реформа системы образования" Национальный фонд подготовки кадров инициировал проведение мониторингового исследования по оценке доступности качественного общего полного среднего образования в школах и учреждениях начального профессионального образования. Настоящая статья знакомит с основными результатами данного исследования, проводившегося в Институте социологии Российской академии наук на протяжении 2004-2006 гг.
