Внешняя Оценка И Эволюция Программ Подготовки Специалистов В Вузе

Abstract

На примере Томского политехнического университета (ТПУ) рассматриваются актуальные вопросы совершенствования образовательных программ подготовки специалистов в вузе для их адаптации к постоянно изменяющимся условиям внешней среды. Основное внимание уделяется наиболее эффективному способу повышения качества подготовки специалистов под влиянием внешней среды - непрерывной внешней экспертизе и оценке образовательных программ со стороны отечественного и мирового профессионального сообщества. Анализируется изменение структуры и содержания программ для приведения их в соответствие с национальными и международными критериями общественно-профессиональной аккредитации, а также создание и сертификация системы менеджмента качества в вузе на основе требований международных стандартов. Подробно рассматривается образовательная программа подготовки бакалавров по интегрированному направлению "Электротехника", созданному на основе лучших традиций инженерной подготовки в вузе.
