Информатизация Образования В Ставропольском Крае: Опыт И Перспективы

Abstract

В работе представлен опыт информатизации системы образования Ставропольского края. Рассматривается последовательное изменение задач и способов достижения успехов в управлении процессом информатизации на региональном, муниципальном и школьном уровнях. Центральной проблемой статьи - соотношение затрат и усилий по компьютеризации учреждений, развитию компетенций работников образования в использовании информационно-коммуникационных средств, интернет-коммуникаций, цифровых ресурсов и образовательных эффектов. Обосновывается тезис о связи информатизации с другими процессами развития образования в их общей направленности на развитие качества школьного образования.
