Региональные Межшкольные Методические Центры

Abstract

В статье приводятся основные принципы построения и функционирования системы межшкольных методических центров, создаваемых в рамках проекта "Информатизация системы образования", реализуемого Министерством образования и науки РФ, НФПК, Всемирным банком и администрациями семи российских регионов (Калужская область, Красноярский край, Республика Карелия, Пермский край, Ставропольский край, Хабаровский край, Челябинская область) в период 2005-2008 годов. Описываются подходы по формированию центров в регионах с учетом количества образовательных учреждений, учителей и учащихся в них, географических особенностей территории (удаленности районов от регионального центра, плотности размещения школ). Представлены структура типовых служб и состав технического оснащения каждого типа центров, их персонал и функциональные нагрузки. Приведены рекомендации по отбору организаций для выполнения функций центров и подбору их персонала, требования к кадровому составу. Большое внимание уделено описанию основных направлений деятельности центров и механизмов расчета затрат на их реализацию.
