Abstract

Данная статья посвящена изучению различных способов и источников финансирования высшего образования. Раздел II содержит краткое описание ответов, которые экономическая теория дает на ряд вопросов, являющихся ключевыми в этой области. В разделе III приведено описание возможных способов финансирования, наконец, в разделе IV описан опыт некоторых стран в этой сфере. Изучить столь обширный предмет целиком достаточно сложно, поэтому анализ проводится лишь в некоторых направлениях. Например, в статье не обсуждается природа самого "продукта", а также вопросы, связанные с финансированием исследовательской деятельности. Анализ проводится только для стран с развитой экономикой, более того, цель исследования - изучить как можно больше способов финансирования, а не стран.
