Оценка Качества Образования В Школах Международного Бакалавриата

Abstract

В процессе модернизации российского образования профессиональное сообщество сталкивается с многочисленными проблемами; одна из них - отсутствие надежной системы оценки качества образования в школе. Поскольку реальный уровень и качество образования в стране не известны, участники образовательного процесса и потенциальные инвесторы не в состоянии определить "ликвидность" учебных заведений. Как показывает практика международных образовательных систем, для решения указанной проблемы "с нуля" требуются десятилетия. Между тем, система оценки качества образования, характеризующаяся необходимыми свойствами, уже разработана и успешно функционирует в рамках Организации Международного бакалавриата, в которую вместе с сотнями школ в 119 странах мира входят и девять российских образовательных учреждений. Опыт функционирования этой системы, несомненно, представляет интерес; его осмысление и применение вполне может оптимизировать аналогичные внутрироссийские процессы.
