Перспективы Образовательного Кредитования В России

Abstract

Во второй половине ХХ века многие страны столкнулись с новой для себя проблемой в системе высшего образования - бурным ростом количества студентов. Большинство государств оказались не готовы оплачивать из бюджета увеличивающиеся расходы на образование. В качестве выхода из этой ситуации практически везде начала развиваться система образовательного кредитования. За прошедшие годы правила предоставления и погашения кредитов менялись: страны шли путем проб и ошибок. В результате накоплен достаточно обширный опыт как положительных, так и отрицательных результатов. Общепризнанно, что в целом образовательная система с четко отлаженной схемой предоставления образовательных кредитов имеет ряд несомненных преимуществ по сравнению с обычной системой образования. Основные возможные плюсы для каждого из участников процесса образовательного кредитования.
