Городское Соуправление: Концепция И Современные Исследования

Abstract

Традиционная роль муниципальных властей и их взаимодействие с гражданским обществом существенно меняются в последние годы. Происходит смещение акцента с urbanmanagement на urbangovernance: городское управление все больше ориентируется на синергию различных институтов в решении задач развития. В данной обзорной статье рассматриваются основные концепции и современные исследования в области городского соуправления (urbangovernance). Особое внимание обращается на кластеризацию исследований, а также на основные идеи (управление устойчивым городом, партнерские отношения городских стейкхолдеров) и практику внедрения моделей городского соуправления в странах мира.
