Государственное Регулирование Мясного Животноводства

Abstract

Предмет исследования - выбор направлений и форм государственного регулирования и объемов государственной поддержки отраслям, поставляющим на рынок мясо всех видов, а также поиск резервов развития, в том числе за счет организации взаимодействия смежных отраслей, обеспечивающих глубокую переработку не только основной товарной продукции (мяса), но и оставшегося непищевого сырья. Цель работы - обосновать необходимость консолидации ресурсов регионов, входящих в федеральный округ, для совместного планирования и поддержки развития глубокой переработки сырья согласно сложившейся структуре животноводства. В результате анализа структуры животноводства округа и факторов внешней среды выявлены предпосылки консолидации усилий регионов и изменения направлений государственной поддержки, обоснован выбор округа, обладающего наибольшим потенциалом для достижения поставленной цели, обоснованы механизмы консолидации и суть программного подхода к формированию комплекса, включающего ряд отраслей животноводства, легкой, биофармацевтической промышленности и машиностроения. В заключении предложен основной подход и направления государственного регулирования развития мясного животноводства в федеральном округе.
