Процедура Объявления Конкурсов О Приеме На Госслужбу Казахстана В Условиях Цифровизации

Abstract

Предмет исследования - процесс управления персоналом в сфере государственного управления в Казахстане в условиях цифровизации. Рассмотрены основные политические программы по внедрению цифровизации, а также основные аспекты по повышению эффективности HR. По итогам проведенного SWOT и PEST анализа сделаны следующие выводы. Первое, успешная сдача тестирования не гарантирует трудоустройства. Второе, различные подходы госорганов в наименовании общих конкурсов и устаревших способах размещения информации на интернет-ресурсах способствуют усложнению поиска и выбора интересующих данных. Третье, необходимо изменить интерфейс размещения данных о вакансиях на сайтах с возможностью фильтрования данных по госорганам и сферам деятельности с наглядным изображением вакансий и сроков подачи документов. Четвертое, препятствия на первом этапе трудоустройства влияют на имидж госслужбы. Пятое, у госорганов существует возможность предоставлять неполную информацию о штатной укомплектованности. По итогам анализов даны практические рекомендации.
