Муниципальная Социальная Политика В Сфере Охраны Здоровья: Зарубежный Опыт Северных Территорий

Abstract

В статье рассмотрен зарубежный опыт реализации политики в сфере охраны здоровья населения северных стран. Определено, что политика в сфере охраны здоровья на местном уровне должна основываться не только на улучшении состояния здравоохранения, но и на совокупности всех мер, направленных на улучшение здоровья населения. Повышение показателя здоровья населения, являющегося важнейшим и определяющим уровень социально-экономического развития общества, диктует необходимость обязательной реализации принципа социальной справедливости в здравоохранительной деятельности. Муниципальная политика в сфере охраны здоровья должна быть направлена на решение проблем местных сообществ и учитывать местные особенности. Она должна формироваться и реализовываться в тесной взаимосвязи с региональной и федеральной политикой в этой сфере, а также при активном участии различных организаций государственного и частного секторов экономики, общественных организаций, жителей муниципального образования.
