Abstract

В статье представлен анализ реформирования коммунального сектора за последние шесть лет по наиболее важным направлениям: причины роста тарифов, управление имуществом коммунального комплекса, влияние предельных индексов на коммунальный сектор, финансовое состояние предприятий, износ объектов коммунальной инфраструктуры, результаты деятельности частного сектора, привлечение частных инвестиций в коммунальный сектор. Проанализированы шаги, предпринимаемые нынешним Правительством РФ, по реформированию коммунального сектора.
