Медицинская Статистика Как Способ Легитимации Распределения Ресурсов В Российской Системе Здравоохранения

Abstract

В статье предпринимается попытка оценить роль статистических показателей, характеризующих состояние здоровья населения в государственном управлении сферой здравоохранения в современной России. Анализируются текущие проблемы в сборе статистических данных, позволяющие говорить о том, что медицинская статистика не отражает реального положения дел в здравоохранении и состояние здоровья нации. С учетом этого предлагается рассматривать медицинскую статистику, с одной стороны, как инструмент в борьбе за распределение ресурсов, с другой - как форму подтверждения правильности принятых решений о выделении ресурсов.
