К Вопросу О Реализации Федеральной Целевой Программы «Жилище» На 2002–2010 Годы

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ Федеральной целевой программы "Жилище" на 2002-2010 гг. на основе заложенных в программе конечных результатов. Особое внимание было уделено коэффициенту доступности жилья и годовому объему ввода нового жилья. Проведены расчеты, доказывающие неэффективность программы. Предложен альтернативный подход к решению жилищного вопроса, в основе которого лежит идея воссоздания нового облика России через призму масштабного развития малоэтажного домостроения.
