Abstract

Статья основана на результатах исследования стратегических документов малых городов Крайнего Севера РФ, проведенного авторами базового и углубленного качественного анализа стратегий трех северных городов. в статье делается вывод, что критическими элементами эффективности реализации стратегий развития муниципальных образований являются активность органов местной власти, соответствие ресурсов поставленным задачам, последовательность в реализации стратегических направлений.
