Межведомственное Информационное Взаимодействие При Предоставлении Государственных (Муниципальных) Услуг: Постановка Проблемы

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам организации межведомственного информационного взаимодействия при предоставлении государственных (муници пальных) услуг. В ней представлен анализ положений Федерального закона от 27 июля 2010 г. № 210-ФЗ "Об организации предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг", посвященных данному вопросу; раскрыты проблемы, возникающие при реализации указанных положений; приведены результаты исследования, посвященного выяснению масштабов необходимого межведомственного взаимодействия. На основе проведенного анализа авторами сформулированы предложения по изменению стратегии организации межведомственного информационного взаимодействия.
