Универсальная Электронная Карта (Обзор Положений Закона)

Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению положений Федерального закона № 210-ФЗ от 27 июля 2010 года "Об организации предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг", связанных с переходом на предоставление государственных услуг и исполнение государственных функций в электронном виде, вчастности с использованием универсальной электронной карты. В Законе впервыедано определение универсальной электронной карты, включены положения об организации деятельности по выпуску, выдаче и обслуживанию универсальных элек-тронных карт, положения о порядке выдачи и доставки универсальных электронных карт, а также об отказе от получения универсальной электронной картыгражданами и о предоставлении услуг гражданам в рамках электронного банковского приложения. Закон в полной мере отразил сложившиеся современные условияорганизации предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг.
