Abstract

В статье рассматривается новый для сферы государственного управленияподход психологического анализа организаций на основе обращения к понятию социальной идентичности (в англоязычной литературе - social identity approach).Рассматривается развитие данного подхода в психологии, возможности его при-менения в изучении межличностных и межгрупповых отношений в организации.Приводятся примеры изучения проблем лидерства, стрессов, а также различныхаспектов деятельности организации на основе психоанализа, используемого в ис-следованиях А. Хаслама и его коллег, а также отечественных ученых.
