Abstract

Федеральное законодательство предоставляет лишь минимальное и недостаточное регулирование правового статуса и деятельности региональных контрольно-счетных органов в России. В связи с этим основное развитие правовогорегулирования государственного аудита и региональных контрольно-счетных органов происходит в России на региональном уровне. Настоящая статья описывает процесс принятия и основные положения нового Закона города Москвы "О Контрольно-счетной палате Москвы", включая задачии полномочия этого органа, его независимость и подотчетность, виды его деятельности и процесс ее планирования.
