Об Использовании Аукционов В Государственных И Муниципальных Закупках

Abstract

В настоящей статье идентифицируются специфические свойства аукциона, проводимого в целях приобретения товаров (работ, услуг), аукциона покупателя, которые ставят под сомнение возможность его эффективного использования в государственных закупках, независимо от очной или электронной формы его проведения: неизбежность приобретения наименее предпочтительного, с точки зрения заказчика, товара (при закупке неоднородных товаров), наличие стимулов к демпингу и сговору поставщиков.
