Управленческое Решение Как Индикатор Функциональности Государственной Гражданской Службы

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению взаимосвязи управленческих решений с функциональностью государственной гражданской службы. В качестве теоретической основы исследования предложены теория социального действия и структурнофункциональный анализ. Эмпирические данные включают результаты социологических опросов, в ряде которых принимал участие автор. Представленный материал также содержит вторичный анализ полученных результатов и ретроспективный анализ, характеризующий динамику общественного мнения по изучаемым вопросам в период с 2006 по 2009 г.
