Интегральная Оценка Соцально-Экономического Развития Города Кирова В Сравнении С Административными Центрами Регионов Приволжского Федерального Округа

Abstract

В настоящей статье автор обосновывает поэтапную методическую схему интегральной оценки уровня развития муниципальных образований на примере городов-центров регионов Приволжского Федерального Округа (далее - ПФО). Необходимость интегральной оценки муниципальных образований вызвана потребностью иметь четкую и объективную информацию о конкурентных позициях городов, которая в дальнейшем может использоваться для принятия важнейших стратегических решений по социально-экономическому развитию территорий. В статье проводится балльная рейтинговая оценка городов-центров регионов ПФО с указанием присущих данной методике недостатков. Дается характеристика процесса экспертно-параметрического исследования по определению весовых коэффициентов параметров, используемых для проведения интегральной оценки административных центров регионов ПФО. Затем приводится описание методики расчета интегральных показателей относительной конкурентоспособности городов.
