Государственная Поддержка Благотворительной Деятельности: Эмпирическая Верификация Намеченных Действий

Abstract

Содействие развитию практики благотворительной деятельности граждан и организаций, а также распространению добровольческой деятельности отнесено к числу приоритетных направлений социальной и молодежной политики нашего государства. В связи с этим органами государственной власти разработана Концепция содействия развитию благотворительной деятельности и добровольчества в Российской Федерации. Автор предлагает эмпирическую верификацию положений и идей данной Концепции на основе результатов всероссийского репрезентативного опроса населения, проведенного Государственным университетом - Высшей школой экономики в сотрудничестве со Всероссийским центром изучения общественного мнения. В статье раскрываются проблемы восприятия населением агентов благотвори- тельной деятельности и доверия к ним, характеризуется позиция россиян по во- просам взаимоотношений органов власти с жертвователями и благотворитель- ными организациями.
