О Возможности Применения Психологического Тестирования В Управлении Кадрами Государственной Службы

Abstract

Для поиска и отбора персонала на вакантные должности работодатель располагает достаточно широким арсеналом средств, позволяющих определить кандидатов, наиболее соответствующих потребностям организации. Одним из них является психологическое тестирование, являющееся процессом сбора информации о психологических особенностях человека с помощью применения психологических тестов. В статье определяются основные правила и условия проведения психологического тестирования и делается вывод о том, что введение тестирования личностных качеств государственных гражданских служащих при проведении конкурсов на замещение вакантной должности государственной гражданской службы и зачислении в кадровый резерв возможно лишь в качестве допустимой, но не обязательной меры.
