Abstract

Статья основана на материалах Отчета о деятельности муниципалитета Копенгагена за 2007 г. Содержание информационно-аналитической деятельности по оценке и корректировке управленческих процессов в муниципалитете столицы Дании демонстрирует новые подходы к осуществлению местного самоуправления, позволяющие оптимизировать бюджетное администрирование: повысить результативность расходования бюджетных средств, упростить управленческие процедуры, привлечь население к оценке качества муниципальных услуг и непосредственному участию в решении вопросов местного значения.
