Abstract

Эффективность деятельности государственных органов по исполнению возложенных на них государственных функций во многом определяется результатами разработки и внедрения административных регламентов исполнения государственных функций или предоставления государственных услуг. Оценка хода разработки и внедрения административных регламентов государственными служащими, непосредственно участвующими в исполнении государственных функций и предоставлении государственных услуг, а также изучение их мнения об эффективности процесса регламентации стали предметом Мониторинга результатов внедрения административных регламентов, проведенного в 2008 г.
