Некоторые Особенности Реформирования Системы Государственной Власти Республики Корея

Abstract

Реформа государственной службы в Республике Корея продолжается с февраля 1998 г. Данная статья является итогом проведенного автором исследования процессов реформирования системы государственной службы в Республике Корея и анализа юридических актов, представляющих наибольший интерес для их понимания. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что в целом принятые в Республике Корея меры по реформированию системы государственного управления направлены на повышение ее эффективности при одновременном сокращении государственных расходов на ее содержание.
