Показатели Эффективности Управленческого Мониторинга Муниципального Образования

Abstract

Определение результативности управления является важным фактором деятельности любой социально-экономической системы, в том числе и муниципального образования. Однако разнообразные составляющие внутренней и внешней среды, влияющие на организацию, их подвижность не позволяют максимально точно определить эффективность управления. Одним из возможных направлений в этой деятельности является формирование управленческого мониторинга муниципального образования. Но при этом и мониторинг требует, в свою очередь, определения эффективности его проведения. В статье автором предлагаются подходы к определению эффективности управленческого мониторинга муниципального образования, разработаны критерии и показатели этой эффективности, предлагаются методы ее определения и направления работы по совершенствованию системы мониторинга.
