Меморандум Круглого Стола По Антикоррупционной Экспертизе Нормативных Правовых Актов

Abstract

Международный круглый стол "Практика применения и перспективы развития законодательства России, других стран Восточной Европы и Азии, регламентирующего вопросы антикоррупционной экспертизы законодательных актов и их проектов" - Москва, Россия, 24-25 июня 2008 г. 24-25 июня 2008 г. группа более чем из 80 должностных лиц, специалистов и экспертов из 10 стран провела встречу в России для обсуждения проблем по вопросу реализации статьи 5 Конвенции Организации Объединенных Наций против коррупции. Основным предметом обсуждения стали проблемы проведения антикоррупционной экспертизы нормативных правовых актов, т.е. их очищения от правовых предпосылок коррупции - положений (норм, формул, дефектов норм), создающих благоприятные правовые условия для совершения коррупционных сделок.
